Leg Strength
Floor touches
lunge steps
calf raises
wall sit


Cardio
Line jumps--forward, sideways
jumping jacks
twist jumps
stride jumps
apart/together/cross-over

Students in grades 3 thru 8 should be able to demonstrate all these.
